(Note: If any delegates require information regarding further travel, i.e. trips to the South Island or anywhere else in the North Island, before or after the Conference, please contact Marie and she will send you brochures and suggestions to help make your extended holiday arrangements). It is also advisable that although October, November will not be the warmest time of the year, it should be reasonably mild but the suggestion of some light rain wear may be appropriate.

Double room $165.00 plus gst = $185.63 NZD
Single room $155.00 plus gst = $174.38 NZD

All accommodation should be booked direct with the Sheraton. Please note that when making your booking at the Sheraton you will need to mention that you are part of the ANZRA Conference.

How to get to Rotorua:
Auckland International Airport - connecting flights available to Rotorua - 45 minute flight.

If you plan to drive, Rotorua is an easy 3 hour, 200km drive south east of Auckland Airport. Take State Highway 1, south through Hamilton and Cambridge, turning into State Highway 5 to Rotorua, just south of Tirau. The roads are well signposted.

Bus Service
There is a bus service from Auckland to Rotorua which is a Intercity/Newmans service this offers a very scenic drive down the island. They leave Auckland:
8.15am arrving Rotorua 12.20pm
9.30am arriving Rotorua 1.35pm
1.15pm arriving Rotorua 5.15pm
