WORLD PLUMBING DAY WEBSITE LAUNCHED |
Following its decision to celebrate the first ever World Plumbing Day on 11 March 2010, the World Plumbing Council has launched a special website for the Day. (www.worldplumbingday.org)
The site, which includes a list of suggested activities which plumbing organizations might wish to organize as part of their celebration of the Day, also contains a diary of events which have been organized and Facts Sheets on the importance of plumbing in relation to health and the environment.
WPC Chairman, Robert Burgon, comments “This is an exciting development for WPC and I hope that we can look forward to World Plumbing Day activities in many countries on 11 March 2010 and every year after.”
