World Plumbing Council Awards and Recognition Program

World Plumbing Council Awards and Recognition Program

Recognising Excellence Across the Global Plumbing Community

The World Plumbing Council (WPC) Awards and Recognition Program celebrates the individuals who drive progress, innovation, and professionalism across the global plumbing industry. These awards honour those whose dedication strengthens public health, safeguards the environment, and advances the plumbing profession for the benefit of communities worldwide.

Plumbing plays a critical and often unseen role in protecting human health, ensuring safe water and sanitation, and supporting sustainable development. Through this program, the WPC formally recognises individuals whose contributions reflect the very best of the profession—those who lead by example, uphold standards, invest in education, and work tirelessly to improve outcomes for society.

The Awards and Recognition Program is anchored in the WPC’s Four Pillars of Plumbing—Participation, Practices, Products, and Protection—which together define the essential dimensions of a modern, responsible, and future-focused plumbing industry. By highlighting excellence across these pillars, the WPC showcases the vital role plumbers and industry leaders play in protecting health, advancing technology, and building resilient communities.

The program includes three distinct awards, each recognising achievement at different stages and levels of service within the profession. Together, they provide a global platform to celebrate dedication, leadership, and lifetime contribution—and to inspire the next generation of plumbing professionals to aim higher.
