WPC Director Jean Claude reports that plumbers in Rwanda continue to build plumbing facilities to encourage hand washing in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19. Many of the hand-washing sinks featurea touch-less taps.

Rwanda, with a population of roughly twelve million, has 4624 cases and 20 deaths to date.
